We would love to work with you if you want to design and build your own home or renovate your existing home. It all starts with catching up to discuss your ideas. We will discuss whether your ideas are possible. We will discuss whether there is an alignment between your ideas and your budget. The next step is to introduce you to an architect. The architect can get concept drawings done. This will help you to visualize the concept and make any tweaks as necessary before proceeding to working drawings. At this point we can also come up with a reasonably accurate ballpark figure because we will have a more clearly defined understanding of where the design is heading. We are now at the cross roads and it is time to decide whether you are going to go ahead or not! If you decide to proceed then the architect begins working drawings which will include all the detail and specification.

Completed working drawings will be submitted to the council to obtain building consent. Once building consent has been issued we can get under way with the project! This is an exciting moment because after all the planning our team of highly skilled registered master builders can finally start to turn your dreams into reality! We can manage the entire project including, coordinating subcontractors, managing building inspections, managing the budget and making sure that the project comes together on time and to the standard you deserve. We can then hand over the keys to your brand-new home. Our goal is to leave at the end of the project knowing that you got the home you were dreaming of and that you chose the right team for the job!
